1. Who sells

NUVAEH is a brand of AME Holding Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). We sell throw blankets on this website. Payment is handled by our payment provider, Whop, under its own terms: we never see your card details. You can contact us at our support email.

2. Orders

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and we may refuse or cancel any order, for example for stock or pricing errors, an address we cannot serve, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the United States and Canada. They do not include customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees, which are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. Sales tax or GST/HST may be added at checkout where it applies.

4. Delivery

Delivery times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather and other events outside our control can cause delays, and we are not liable for them. Items ordered together may arrive in separate parcels. If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will tell you and you may wait or cancel for a full refund. Details are in the shipping policy.

5. Your address

You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address and for being able to receive the parcel. We ship to the address in your order. If a parcel is returned or lost because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was refused or not collected, we are not obliged to refund or resend it, and a new shipment is at your cost. We can change an address only before the order has shipped.

6. Products

Our photos and descriptions come from our suppliers and are as accurate as we can make them. Colors, textures, patterns and sizes can differ slightly from what you see on screen, and measurements and weights are approximate. These differences are not defects. Our throws are made of polyester (faux fur, plush or fleece), not natural fur or wool, and light shedding of fibers when new is normal. Care: follow the label on the blanket. Keep the throw away from open flames and heat sources. It is not a toy and is not intended as bedding for infants. We do not state that our products are flame retardant or certified for any particular use unless a product page says so.

7. Problems, refunds and returns

The returns policy is part of these terms. In short: tell us within 14 days after delivery, with photos, if an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and we replace it or refund you, at our choice. We do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind. Remedies are limited to a replacement or a refund of the price you paid for the affected item.

8. Payment disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first: we answer within 2 business days and most problems are solved faster that way. If you start a payment dispute or chargeback, we will give your bank and our payment provider the evidence we hold: your order, the delivery tracking and our messages with you. We may refuse future orders from customers who file unfounded disputes.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your mandatory statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits or lost opportunity), and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier, customs, supplier, payment provider or internet failures, natural events, strikes and government action.

10. This website

The NUVAEH name, logo and the content of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view the site for your own shopping. You may not copy it, scrape it, or use it to harm it or other users.

11. Resolving disagreements

Please write to us first and give us 30 days to put things right. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place where you live.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you order is the one that applies to that order. If any part of these terms is not enforceable, the rest still applies.
