You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind or to tell us about a problem. Write to us with the email address you ordered with.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us a photo. We refund you in full or send a replacement, your choice, and you do not need to send the item back.
Not delivered
If your order has not arrived 35 days after you placed it, we refund you in full or send it again.
Change of mind
The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We refund the price you paid once we receive it. Because orders ship from overseas, return shipping is at your cost, and we tell you the return address and an estimate before you send anything.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order. Your bank can take a few days to show it.
