Privacy
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs for security, which can include your IP address.
When you order, you are sent to our payment provider's page. It collects your card details, which we never receive, together with your name, email, billing address and delivery address.
We receive and store your name, email, delivery address, the amount paid and the order details. We use them only to deliver your order, answer your questions and handle returns. Your delivery details are shared with the supplier and the carrier that fulfil your order.
How long we keep it: an order that is shipped or cancelled has its name, email and address erased 180 days later, and copies of payment notifications are deleted after 90 days. An order that is still open is kept until it is closed. Erasure runs automatically once a day.
